One of the most popular films in the United States is called The Hangover. The Hangover is the account for four best friends who plan a Bachelor Party in Las Vegas that goes horribly wrong when they wake up after a night of partying and can’t find the groom. The best friends look everywhere in the hotel for their friend, but still cannot find the groom, Doug.
After many twists and turns, it seems the three who are looking for Doug may need bail bonds Las Vegas after they find themselves in jail for stealing a police car during their rowdy evening . Luckily, one of the friends, Phil, is able to save the group from needing a bail bond Las Vegas. And so the adventure begins as the three amigos try to figure out where the groom is before his wedding.
The film opens with three men who are taking their best friend to “Sin City” for his Bachelor Party. After getting ready to go out, the four best friends go out to the roof of their hotel and toast to a night they will never forget. Then, the screen turns to white and it turns into morning in the city.
One of the men, Stu, wakes up to find their hotel suite in ruins and quickly awakens the other guys . None of the groomsmen appears able to remember what had happened the previous night. In the mean time, Alan, goes to the restroom and realizes there is a tiger sitting in their bathroom. Quickly, the three friends realize the groom is not in the room so, they start looking for clues since none of them can remember what happened. Phil discovers he is wearing a wristband from the hospital, so the three men try their luck at the hospital, but when they give the valet their ticket, he brings them a police car. The men take the car anyway and continue to the hospital to try to figure out what happened.
At the hospital, the doctor explains to Stu, Alan, and Phil that there were four men when they all came to hospital in the middle of the night. He also tells them they had just come from a wedding and the doctor gives them directions to the wedding chapel.
The guys go the wedding chapel and figure out that Stu got married to stranger and Doug, the groom, was indeed with them during the wedding. So, the men go to visit Stu’s new bride’s apartment to see if she remembers anything. She says she doesn’t know what Stu, Phil, Alan, and Doug did after they left her, but Stu’s wife is interrupted when the police officers come into the apartment to arrest the three guys for stealing the cop car.
At the police station, Phil is able to fast talk his way into a deal, where the guys go free if they demonstrate how a tazer works in front of grade school children who are at the police station for a tour.
After many more outrageous scenes, the three guys are able to find their missing groom and get him to his wedding on time, where Doug vows he will never do anything similar again as long as he is married to his new wife.
The Hangover is a surprisingly witty and a truly hilarious film. The name does not do the film justice . If you see The Hangover , be prepared to laugh out loud at the outrageous events that occur in the film.
